Soon the holidays will be upon us. At my house, we barely give trick-or-treaters the boot before starting to deck the halls in order to reach our goal of Thanksgiving Eve completion. This year, we’re planning three Christmas trees (fabulously faux, of course). The master bedroom suite tree will drip sentiment, laden with family ornaments. Tucked into the dining room will be a skinny mini doggone delight filled with memories of Murphy, Jackson, Harry and Bertie (the family corgis over the years). And in the great room will be the grown-up tree with heirloom baubles and lots of sparkle.
